Doing the points above should trigger the armour to be available by Patches and should allow you to send him out to find Greirat. I've done the above steps after the fact and it still worked. Either early kill on the Dancer or wait until Irithyll and buy it off Greirat. The enemies outside of Vordt's arena only drop the Lothric Knight Sword, Spear and Shield plus the armour set. They won't drop the Ultra Greatsword you want. Greirat Missing after first mission. I freed Greirat after killing all the lords and sent him to pillage, he has not returned from the undead settlement and I am worried. If you know his whereabouts please contact me. We miss you Greirat please come back home. You need to kill a boss to get him back..
